New arts festival coming this summer to Tamworth Castle Grounds supporting communities and culture.

Tamworth Borough Council are proud to announce they are working in partnership with 22 schools from across the borough to create a ‘Kaleidoscope of Dreams’ arts festival in July.
The festival takes place in the Castle Grounds on Saturday 5 July as a two-part celebration promoting unity, equality and diversity in Tamworth. Working with local schools, the first part of the event will showcase a community school stage on the lower lawn for musical and dance performances.

The second part of the Kaleidoscope festival is an art trail showcasing artwork produced by local school children with a focus on the colour of Tamworth, aspiration and the diversity of our community. The trail will take place at various locations in the town centre including the Assembly Rooms, Library. St Editha’s Church, Ankerside and the Bandstand. View Arts Trail map (pdf)
