Pottery Masterclass with David Short

Join 'The Great Pottery Throwdown' 2024 Finalist, David Short, for a ‘nature inspired’ ceramic tile workshop.

During this 2-hour workshop you will learn how to carve, imprint, and use Sgraffito techniques to create your own illustrative creation on a clay tile.

After you’ve finished producing your work it will be left to dry slowly and undergo its first firing. David will then place the tiles in a transparent glaze and fire them again. Your decorative tile will be packaged and posted to you after 6 weeks.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.
Adult workshop (age 18+) Suitable for beginners.
